In 2003 P.O.W. began booking bands regularly on the
weekends. The music is fun, upbeat and eclectic much like the crowd who visits.
The musical interests range from rock, pop, blues, ska, country and Irish. There
is rarely a cover charge.
Dakota Paige, Musician, Entertainment Director of P.O.W.
is solely responsible for the roster of musicians you will find on our stage.
Her musical prowess guides the mix of entertainment you will see at P.O.W.
Dakota an artist signed with “Titania Records” knows great musicianship. Many of
the musical acts that perform at P.O.W. are her colleagues or former band mates
coming off the road from name projects.
We have had several bands go on to get tours and record
deals after P.O.W. and we consider ourselves a lucky charm venue and a mecca for
L.A.’s finest musicians. To keep the fun time rolling, we offer Karaoke, NTN
Trivia and all sports including 18 TV’s and HDTV. P.O.W. has always been a
premier sports bar and a great place to watch the game.
We have a great menu with burgers, steak, salad, shrimp
and appetizers. Our hot wings are the best in town and have not changed in 34
years. We offer veggie burgers and veggie plates for our healthier fare.
We also have two outdoor patios one with a retractable
roof. The back patio houses a fire pit, ping-pong and lots of outdoor seating
for private parties. We would love to host your next birthday, anniversary,
promotion or any celebration.
